Using Hypla
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
Training and health disclaimer
Hypla provides general training information, including AI-generated suggestions. It is not medical advice or a substitute for a qualified coach or healthcare professional. Exercise carries risk; stop if you feel unwell or experience pain and seek professional advice when appropriate. You remain responsible for deciding whether a workout is suitable for you.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The current price is shown before checkout, and Stripe processes payment. You can cancel from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Connected services and content
Optional integrations such as Strava and Google are governed by their own terms. You retain ownership of information you provide and grant Hypla permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Hypla reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, Hypla is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will post the new date here. For questions, email [email protected].
